Ordering & Shipping

Order processing

As soon as your order comes in, we get to work on it straight away. Orders placed on working days are usually shipped within 1 working day. Within the Netherlands and Belgium you will therefore receive your order within 1–3 working days. In some cases it may take a little longer, but we always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Product availability

All products in our webshop are in stock and are shipped directly from our warehouse. This means there are no delays due to backorders.

Please note: certain furniture is ordered to order and is therefore not available for immediate delivery. After you order, we will contact you about the exact delivery time and delivery date.

Shipping methods

For regular orders we use reliable carriers such as DHL eCommerce.
For furniture, special transport methods apply (see further down this page).

Delivery times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: delivery within 1–3 working days.

  • Europe (outside NL/BE): delivery within 2–5 working days.
    The day of ordering does not count as a working day. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days.

Shipping confirmation & Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace code. You can follow your parcel all the way to delivery.

  • DHL Home Delivery: €6,25(free from €100,-)

  • DHL ServicePoint: €6,25 (free from €100,-)
    Please note: certain unique items with an insured shipping rate of €5,95 are excluded from free shipping.

Belgium

  • DHL Home Delivery: €11 (free from €150,-)

  • DHL ServicePoint: €11 (free from €150,-)

Germany

  • 0–10 kg: €12

  • 10–20 kg: €22

  • 20–30 kg: €24,95

  • 30–50 kg: €34,95

  • 50–100 kg: €49,95

Other European countries

(Including Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, etc.)

  • 0–10 kg: €12,95

  • 10–20 kg: €24,95

Furniture transport

Please note: Furniture is excluded from free shipping over €100,-.

We offer the following shipping options for furniture:

Furniture that fits on a pallet:

  • Pallet transport (external carrier)
    Within the Netherlands: €69,95
    Delivery between 09:00 – 18:00, no specific time can be arranged.

  • Our own transport (Oud & Stoer)
    Within the Netherlands: €89,95
    We agree on a day and time for delivery together.

Furniture that does not fit on a pallet:

  • Only available via our own transport (Oud & Stoer)
    Within the Netherlands: €89,95
    We agree on a day and time for delivery together.

Collection:

Furniture can also be collected free of charge from our showroom at Gezichtslaan 295 in Bilthoven.
(During the showroom opening hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00, or by appointment.)

Public holidays and exceptions

During public holidays and busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. We do our best to inform you about this in good time.
